Terms and Conditions
Please note the following:
- Free complimentary 24 hr transport to Gatwick airport
- A cot is available for babies at a charge of £10.00
- Rosemead is a non-smoking establishment
- There is no charge for parking on the day of your stay
- Car parking is in a secured area
- A deposit of 50% of the total room tariff is payable by credit card at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. If you re-book accommodation at Rosemead Guest House at a future date, it is possible to transfer this deposit over to the new booking.
- Any cancellation made within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged 100% of booking value.
- Check-in is available from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival and we ask that you check out by 10.00 hrs on the day of your departure.
- Full English breakfast is available 07.30 08.30 at £3 per person.
