Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions prior to making a booking.

• All prices charged will be in £ Sterling and will include VAT charged at the current rate.
• A deposit of 50% of the total room tariff is payable by credit card at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. If you re-book accommodation at Rosemead Guest House at a future date, it is possible to transfer this deposit over to the new booking.
• Any cancellation made within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged 100% of booking value.
• Check-in is available from 1600 hrs on the day of arrival and we ask that you check out by 1000 hrs on the day of your departure.
• There is no charge for parking on the day of your stay.
• Pets may be accommodated with prior arrangment.
• Rosemead Guest House is strickly a non-smoking establishment.
