GATWICK AIRPORT COURTESY TRANSPORT
Only courtesy transfers from Rosemead Guest House to Gatwick are included in the cost. The journey from
Gatwick is not included and taxis will cost approximately £5/6.
However, if you are coming to stay and your plane, train, coach arrives at Gatwick between 16.00 and
22.00 then it may be possible to get a transfer using the information provided if I am on duty and
available to come up and collect you.
Outside these hours you must make your own way here. Please note that check-in is from 16.00!
I drive a Toyota Avensis Estate (that is a station wagon!!), the colour is metallic silver and the car
registration is W 959 RGH. There should be a Rosemead Guest House sign on the doors and rear window.
If you arrive by plane you should collect your luggage and clear customs before calling as it
is NOT A MEET AND GREET SERVICE. The guest house is 5 minutes from the airport so it will not take
long to come and collect you.
North Terminal
From the Arrivals level go outside the building and across to the middle lane you will see
the Hotel & Guest Courtesy House coach stop. There is a free-phone for you to call the guest house;
the free-phone number for Rosemead is (89320). I will collect you from there.
I may have my mobile telephone with me so if you are having difficulties finding the bus–stop,
cannot see my car or realise that you are at the wrong terminal you may be able to get me on 07785 978731.
DO NOT TRY THIS NUMBER USING THE FREE-PHONE!!!
Arriving by Coach
If you are arriving by coach it is easier to get off at the North Terminal and go into the Terminal
and down to the Arrivals level and follow the instructions for North Terminal collections.
South Terminal
Follow the signs to leave the building and go all the way down the ramp to the lower level and cross
over the road and down the lower ramp; turn left to the Hotel & Guest House Courtesy Coach Stop (Bus Stop 11).
Look for the free-phone with which you can call the guest house, the free-phone number for Rosemead
is (89320). I will collect you from there.
Arriving by train
If you are arriving by train you come into the South Terminal. So take the Shuttle Train over to the North
Terminal and go down to the Arrivals level and follow the instructions for North Terminal collections; there is
less walking if you go to the North Terminal!
