Courtesy Gatwick Airport Transfers
Only 24 hour transfer from Rosemead Guest House to Gatwick are guaranteed. However, it may be possible to get a transfer using the information provided, if you are coming to stay and your plane, train, coach arrives at Gatwick between16.00 and 22.00and I am on duty. Outside these hours transfers are not included, you will have to get a taxi.

Whichever terminal you are at please make note of it as you will be asked where you are when you ring to be collected!! If I have to come up to the airport to collect you twice you will be charged for the second time!
I drive a Toyota Avensis Estate, the colour is metallic silver and the car registration is W959 RGH.There should be Rosemead Guest House sign on the doors.
At each terminal there is a free-phone at the Hotel & Guest House Courtesy Bus Stop(with engineering work at the airport these may not be available in which case you need to find a free-phone inside the airport if you do not have a mobile/cell phone. The free-phone number for Rosemead is 89320.   I may have my mobile telephone with me so if you are having difficulties finding the bus stop, cannot see my car or realise that you are at the wrong terminal you may be able to get me on 07785 97873.  DO NOT TRY THIS NUMBER USING THE FREE-PHONE!!!

If you arrive by plane you should collect your luggage and clear customs before calling as it is NOT A MEET AND GREET SERVICE. The guest house is 5 minutes from the airport so it will not take long to come and collect you.

If you are arriving by coach it is easier to get off at the SOUTH Terminal and make your way to the courtesy bus stop11 . At the moment there are engineering works so it is a nightmare so if you have a mobile/cell phone please call whilst still on the coach so that I can advise on the latest up-to-date information.

If you are arriving by train you come into the SOUTH Terminal.

From the South Terminal

Follow the signs to exit the building. Go all the way down the ramp to lower level cross over the road then down another ramp to the coach station, and look for the Courtesy Bus Stop (Bus Stop 11) - the free-phone is on the wall by the lift with the board above the phone.

From the North Terminal

Exit the building on the arrivals level.  Turn immediately right and walk all the way along to Jubilee House and then walk up to Bus Stop 8 where there is a free-phone by and there is a board with the phone numbers. Call from there and then make you way to Bus Stop 9.

If I am out for the evening or on holiday then transfers will not be available so you will need to use a taxi. You are welcome to telephone the local firms; their telephone numbers are:

Otherwise the Gatwick Airport Taxis operate from outside the building. They are obviously more expensive than the local taxi firms as they have to pay for operating out of Gatwick.
